I’m an environmental and travel journalist with a passion for exploring and reporting on the intersection of climate change, social justice, and travel in South America, particularly in Brazil. With extensive experience in feature writing and storytelling, I create impactful narratives that bring global environmental and social issues to light.
I write regularly for Mongabay and the BBC as a freelance feature correspondent and have contributed to leading outlets such as Al Jazeera, US Travel & News, World Travel Magazine, Irish Wildlife Magazine, and Time Out. My journalism career has included roles as a news reporter for The Rio Times, Brazil’s largest English-speaking newspaper, and a broadcast reporter at the Olympics, where I gained invaluable experience in live, on-the-ground reporting. I have ample experience in producing and editing radio and video documentaries as well as scriptwriting.
